Jewelry Making Basics

December 17 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

$185

Unleash your creativity and learn the art of jewelry design in this fun, hands-on three-part series with Laura Graney, an accomplished jewelry designer whose work has been featured at the Teen Choice Awards, Country Music Awards, and in magazines and boutiques throughout the East Coast.

Explore the beauty and versatility of semi-precious stones, sterling silver, freshwater pearls, Swarovski and other crystals, while learning essential jewelry-making techniques including wire wrapping, shaping, connecting, and finishing. You’ll also work with stainless steel wire for practice, giving you the opportunity to build confidence with the tools and techniques before creating your finished pieces.

Throughout the series, you’ll design and take home four unique pieces of jewelry: a stylish cocktail ring, a wire-wrapped ring featuring semi-precious stones and crystals, a bracelet incorporating beautiful stones and/or pearls, and a pair of earrings embellished with crystals or freshwater pearls.

Whether you’re completely new to jewelry making or looking to develop your skills, this series offers a creative and approachable introduction to designing jewelry you’ll be proud to wear or gift.

Bring your own tools and supplies, or purchase a materials kit during the first class for an additional fee.

$185 for all three classes (ages 16+)
Thursdays, December 3, 10, 17 from 6:30-8:00pm
