Temporary Corn Maze Weeding Crew – Summer Seasonal Position

Queens County Farm Museum is looking for seasonal crew members to help weed our 3-acre corn maze this summer. This is a temporary, outdoor position and a great opportunity for anyone interested in hands-on work — no prior farming experience required.
Position Details:
- Start date: Monday, June 22nd
- Duration: Approximately 4-5 weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling available
- Opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week
- Pay: $20/hour
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Weeding throughout our 3-acre corn maze
- Working outdoors in a physical, active environment
- Repetitive movement and standing/walking for much of the day
Qualifications:
- No farming experience necessary
- Ability and willingness to do physical work outdoors
- Comfortable being on your feet and performing repetitive tasks
- Reliable and ready to work in a team environment
We’ll teach you the process and provide all necessary tools. We work in most weather conditions as long as it is safe to do so.
