Spring Dance Celebration
Celebrate NYC’s multi-cultural diversity and inclusive spirit through freestyle dance, music, and performance art! Spring Dance Celebration showcases a variety of dynamic improvisational dances by the world-class performers of LayeRhythm featuring live music on stage in the farm’s 3-acre pasture. In this FREE interactive program, the audience plays a role in shaping the experience.
Dance performances are from 1:00 pm–3:00 pm and guests are invited to enjoy the farm grounds throughout the day. Visit the farm’s goats, sheep, alpacas, pigs, hens, steer, and honeybees as we celebrate Milk & Honey Month all June long! Farm-fresh produce is available on-site at the Farmstand. Explore Queens Farm’s 47 acres of historic farm grounds from the perspective of a tractor-drawn hayride, and gain a deeper connection to NYC’s agricultural history.
This free program was made possible through the generous support of New York City Council Member Joann Ariola and New York City Department of Cultural Affairs.Register Here
