Small Business Member: $750
- 5 Memberships for business employees
- 10% discount for your employees for Public Events (must purchase ticket with company email)
- 10% discount for your employees at our Farmstands and Farm Store (must present company ID)
- Credit as Small Business Member on website and annual report
- Available to any small business (under 50 total employees) with a location in Queens
Corporate Member: $1000
- 10 Memberships for business employees
- One Corporate Volunteer Day for up to 20 employees
- 10% discount for your employees for Public Events (must purchase ticket with company email
- 10% discount for your employees at our Farmstands and Farm Store (must present company ID)
- Credit as Corporate Member on website and annual report
Corporate Patron: $2000
- 20 Memberships for business employees
- Two Corporate Volunteer Day for up to 20 employees
- 15% discount for your employees for Public Events (must purchase ticket with company email)
- 15% discount for your employees at our Farmstands and Farm Store (must present company ID)
- Discounted use of QCFM’s Site Rentals for one annual private event rentals

- 50 Memberships for business employees
- Five Corporate Volunteer Days for up to 20 employees each
