Through several wind and solar renewable energy systems the farm seeks to be as independent of fossil fuels as possible. About The Hapa Kitchen Hapa Kitchen is a supper club created by Akiko Moorman and Cathy Erway focused on innovative East-West recipes inspired by half-Asian culture. About Dinners on the Farm The Dinners on the Farm series invites farmers, chefs, and diners t0 our farm in New York City for an evening. We believe that farmers have more than stories to tell, they have knowledge to share and practices to teach. Each dinner features a pre-meal workshop that is free and open to the public. The first dinner in this series was held in March of 2009 with farmer Julie Engel who gave a workshop on pasture raising rabbits, followed by a five-course dinner prepared by the GradyWood Supper Club. We welcome suggestions for future dinners and workshops. The prices and number of seats for each dinner will vary. The May Day Dinner is $75 per person. Space is limited, please purchase your tickets soon. |
